Returns and Refunds Policy

We accept returns within 3 days of receiving your item. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Some health and personal care items

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please reach out to request the return address at jeremy@concordpuzzle.com.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items showing obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned after the 3-day window

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email about the refund approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within several days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time to post.
  3. Contact your bank.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email jeremy@concordpuzzle.com.
